Which AI providers does Ouhud CRM support?
7 Provider: OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.5, Groq, Google Gemini, Mistral AI, OpenRouter, and local models via Ollama. Freely selectable — including fully on-premise for maximum data protection.

Is Ouhud CRM GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Full GDPR management including the right of access, the right to erasure, data export, audit logs for every change, RBAC permissions, and multi-tenant data separation. With Mistral AI (EU provider) or Local-Ollama, your data remains entirely in the EU or on-premise.
Can I build AI agents that work independently?

Who is responsible for my data?
The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is Ouhud GmbH. Customers remain the owners of their data at all times and act as independent controllers vis-à-vis their end customers.

Where is the data hosted?
Ouhud CRM systems are operated on professional server infrastructure. Modern security, encryption, and access concepts are used.
Are data transferred to the USA or third countries?
A transfer of personal data to third countries (e.g., the USA) takes place exclusively in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular through EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additional technical safeguards.
How secure is my data?
Ouhud CRM implements extensive technical and organizational measures, including TLS encryption, role-based access controls, audit logs, and regular backups.
Does Ouhud CRM use cookies?
Only technically necessary cookies and sessions are used, which are required for login, security, and system functions. Tracking or marketing cookies are not used without consent.
Does Ouhud CRM use artificial intelligence?
Ouhud CRM can use AI-powered functions for analysis, automation, and decision support. These systems have no legal effect without human oversight within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
Is Ouhud CRM a SaaS product?
Yes. Ouhud CRM is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). It is used via the web without local installation; updates and maintenance are carried out centrally.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After termination of the contractual relationship, personal data will be stored in accordance with the statutory retention periods or deleted or anonymized in compliance with data protection regulations.
What rights do I have as a user?
Users have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object in accordance with Articles 15–21 GDPR.
