🔐 Is Ouhud CRM GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Ouhud CRM is operated in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The processing of personal data is carried out exclusively on the basis of a valid legal basis in accordance with Art. 6 GDPR.
🏢 Who is responsible for my data?
The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the Ouhud Ltd.. Customers remain the owners of their data at all times and act as their own controllers vis-à-vis their end customers.
📄 Is there a data processing agreement (DPA)?
Yes. For the use of Ouhud CRM, a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is provided, which clearly regulates the obligations, security measures, and responsibilities. Zum AV-Vertrag.
🖥️ Where is the data hosted?
Ouhud CRM’s systems are operated on professional server infrastructure. Modern security, encryption, and access concepts are used in the process.
🌍 Is data transferred to the USA or third countries?
A transfer of personal data to third countries (e.g., the USA) is carried out exclusively in compliance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular through EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additional technical safeguards.
🛡️ How secure is my data?
Ouhud CRM implements extensive technical and organizational measures, including TLS encryption, role-based access controls, audit logs, and regular backups.
🍪 Does Ouhud CRM use cookies?
Only technically necessary cookies and sessions are used, which are required for login, security, and system functions. Tracking or marketing cookies are not used without consent.
🤖 Does Ouhud CRM use Artificial Intelligence?
Ouhud CRM can use AI-powered features for analysis, automation, and decision support. These systems have no legal effect without human oversight within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
☁️ Is Ouhud CRM a SaaS product?
Yes. Ouhud CRM is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Usage is web-based without local installation; updates and maintenance are carried out centrally.
🗄️ What happens to my data if I cancel?
After termination of the contractual relationship, personal data will be stored in accordance with the statutory retention periods or deleted or anonymized in compliance with data protection regulations.
📌 What rights do I have as a user?
Users have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object in accordance with Articles 15–21 GDPR.
